We provide PD for the MSU community as well as colleagues through the world. We offer online PD as well as faculty learning communities.

The National Less Commonly Taught Languages Resource Center (National LCTL Resource Center; NLRC) is a Department of Education/Title VI-funded聽聽housed in 国产探花.聽
Research
国产探花 is an active research unit. Currently, we are published two edited volumes, “Language Program Vitality in the United States: From Surviving to Thriving in Higher Education” and “” and the monograph “.”
Other current research projects include undergraduate enrollments in language courses, course sharing, physical learning spaces, and accessibility for language learning.
This cross-university initiative funded by the聽, utilizes聽the established and widely recognized strengths within the聽聽to collaboratively develop an online model of less commonly taught language (LCTL) instruction reflecting best practices in proficiency-oriented instruction.
We are excited to offer a variety of professional development opportunities for language instructors outside of MSU.聽
